Monday through Friday, 8a – 10a. 450 Laurel Street, Des Moines.
· Free consultation with Athletic Trainer
· Orthopaedic Physician evaluation available, if needed.
· Initial physical therapy consultation available, if needed.
· Return to play plan of care developed for all injuries.
