We start Monday!!!

We officially start practice Monday at 3pm.  This means that you need to be dressed and ready to begin right at 3. 

There are a number of girls that do not have all of the paperwork needed to be able to practice. Below is a list of what you need

Updated physical
Concussion form (if you played a fall sports you don't need another one of these)
Code of Conduct (if you played a fall sports you don't need another one of these)
Emergency form (you need a new one for each sports so if you played in the fall you still need one)

I believe all of these require a parent signature so please do this immediately.  Don't wait until the last second

just around the corner

The season is less than 2 months away and we'll be great before you know it. We have started open gyms twice a week and will continue with this. Please make sure you have an updated physical on file with the school. Conditioning will start towards the end of October. Lastly, spread the word to anyone who might be interested in playing this year.

Summer Weekly Schedule

Open Gyms: Mondays & Wednesdays from 6-7pm
Practices: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9-10:30 am (all levels welcome)
Weights: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8-9am (all levels welcome)
Speed/Agility: Wednesdays from 8-9am ( all levels welcome)
Sunday night league: Will be contacted on times (varsity/invite only)

Drake Basketball Camp

We will be participating in the Drake Women's Basketball camp July 27 & 29.  This will be in place of the Central College Camp.  I will contact you during the summer to let you know if we would like you to join us for this camp.

Youth Summer Camp Reminder

Our youth summer camp is quickly approaching.  The cost is $50, but only if registration is in by the end of April.  After that, the cost goes up to $70 so if you know people interested in attending tell them not to wait.

o   Urbandale Sunday Night League: June 16,23,30 July 7,14 (Time TBD)

o   Central College Camp: Monday & Tuesday July 29-30 (9am-5pm)

o   Workouts/Practices: Tuesdays & Thursdays (9-10/10:30am) beginning June 18

o   Strength/Speed Training: Tues,Wed, & Thurs (8-9am)...beginning June 11
